Isopycnal Diffusion

dyn_diff.f is a collection of fortran routines that will allow to diffuse tracers along isopyncal surfaces and also reduce the available potential energy by adding eddy induced velocities to the eulerian mean velocities

first the density slope needs to be determined CALL SLOPE

then the isopycnal diffusion can be computed CALL DIFF_ISO

finally the eddy induced velocities are obtained CALL ADV_ISO
